New Development for the Green-Lake Community

The proposed project is a four-story building with over 160 feet of frontage along Nesbit Ave N. The project site area is 25,622 SF containing approximately 115-120 residential units, and 42 below-grade parking stalls. This project is designed to serve the expanding population of greater Green-Lake community neighborhoods, by creating a residential community of high-quality and enduring design.
