MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

Lynwood Place Buildings will be built in commercial residential neighborhood of Lynwood. The proposed project consists of four new residential buildings, 5-stories each, atop a common podium of two levels of structured parking, amenities and retail. The project site area is 300,076 SF containing 500 residential units ranging from studios to spacious 3 bedrooms and 643 residential parking stalls.
