In collaboration with Legacy Partners Residential and BNBuilders. The Bowman consists of 278 residential apartment units, 1.5 levels of below grade parking, and 7,500 square feet of street level commercial space. There are a variety of housing types in this complex to meet the needs of families and working professionals. The rental units are comprised of studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, live-work units, and townhouses. Units range in size from 360 to 1,288 square feet.
Several interior and exterior amenities have been incorporated into the building plans to enhance the community atmosphere and living spaces of the tenants. Amenities include a fitness center, courtyard and common rooftop deck with greenhouse, dog run, fire pit, and barbecuing area.
The site is centrally located between Fremont and Wallingford off of Stone Way. The site is a short bicycle ride from The University of Washington and South Lake Union. The location provides easy transit to Seattle, but also has a community atmosphere, perfect for a community oriented mixed use/multi-family project.
The project followed the Built Green criteria and will have a sustainable contribution to the community over the long term.
