Redmond transit-oriented development is a 322 unit multi-family mixed use project in downtown Redmond that is to be the focal point of transit for the city. The podium style building has street level retail and 2 levels of parking below 3 – 5 story of apartment buildings. The project caters to young professionals who desire an urban living setting as well as commuters; as a Metro KC park & ride garage is currently under design adjacent to the site. Light rail will eventually run next to the building, making it the hub of downtown Redmond. Construction was completed in 2009.
This project won the City of Redmond’s 2012 Outstanding Design Award in recognition for their exceptional architectural contribution to the City.
