This 491 unit apartment complex is conveniently located adjacent to a scenic wooded wetland area on site, and a large commercial center across the street. A planned network of pedestrian pathways link the 10 residential buildings to the wetlands and the on site amenities including a clubhouse and two story fitness center over looking the pool, and a large outdoor grilling area.
The project is planned to be built in two phases. Phase I has two large podium buildings, with underground parking and 5 stories of apartments above, facing the commercial complex across the street at Alderwood Mall Pkwy. The remainder of the buildings are a mix of walk-up apartments and town home style apartments with attached garages. Phase I is scheduled to begin construction in late 2012.
