Canal Station phase II is a mixed use project located in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. The project contains 109 luxury condominium units, approximately 4,000 sf of commercial space at street level, and parking located in the floors below grade. The building offers contemporary living, featuring studios to 2 bedroom units with a den. Material selection and design detailing reflects an “Old Ballard” feel which helps the building blend in to become an integral part of the community. Construction is scheduled to be complete in 2008.
