The first implementation of Building Information Modeling or BIM was pioneered by Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD sortware. With over a decade of experience using BIM technology, RMA began using BIM software in 2002. The creation of a computerized building model utilizing parametric objects reduces conflicts within drawings and advances design though visualization. In recent advancements BIM aids in the design of energy efficient and sustainable buildings.
